Hydramist® Kitchen Fryer Fire Suppression Systems
Hydramist® uses pure water in an atomised form to quickly extinguish the fire. It cools the fire and oil to prevent re-ignition.

Smoke is prevented from spreading as the fine mist droplets generated by the Hydramist® unit bind to the smoke particles and carry them to the floor.
Importantly kitchen recovery time is minimised as Hydramist® leaves no chemical contamination.
The mist is produced by precision engineered Hydramist® nozzles. The water pressure is produced by a compact single phase 240V pump unit.
The Hydramist® system is automatically activated by a nozzle detection device operating at a pre-set temperature.The system will run until mannually stopped when the fire is extinguished.
We have designed the Hydramist® unit to be compact as we know that space is at a premium in any commercial kitchen. This enables the system to be installed in restricted spaces, wall mounted or withing existing kitchen units.
The Hydramist® unit is encased in a rugged stainless steel enclosure featuring a power on/off switch with illuminated indicator and a system pressure gauge.
